faulty elevator long wait
the room was very clean and this was appreciated.
the elevator did not work consistently, it. i had to wait a Long time on multiple occasions.

the subway access was right outside, very handy. the staff was warm and cute, i liked that. every staff member i encountered was friendly and courteous. i appreciated their helpfulness and knowledge when i asked some questions.
one of the elevators experienced some downtime.

The hotel sits very close to central park. several restaurants are within walking distance. That's convenient! the rockefeller center is only about a 10 minute walk, we loved it. plus, a subway station is just outside.

convenient location helpful staff clean room on site gym
this hotel is a win. I really appreciated the location, it is convenient. Staff was helpful when i needed something. My room stayed clean and orderly . I also enjoyed the on site gym for a morning workout.
the elevators did seem slow at certain times of the day and this affected travel within the hotel.

my beautiful king studio had a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The nespresso machine was stocked with capsules daily. The bathroom had plush towels that felt soft. Two bottles of water was each day.

i didn't eat at the restaurant but there is one. i saw many people go in it. nearby cafes offer quick bites to eat. mangia is located very close by for coffee and lunch.

the location is convenient to many attractions. central park is just a few blocks away and easy to reach. the subway is directly across the street, this makes travelling very accessible. high end shops surround the hotel.

the front desk always greeted me with a smile. i had a small issue and they handled it quickly. the staff seemed eager to help with directions. a porter assisted with luggage on arrival and departure.

convenient location efficient staff clean room
i really enjoyed the super convenient location. it made getting around so easy! the front desk staff was really efficient and check-in went quickly! housekeeping kept my room so clean and well-stocked each day
